Do You Have Unleveled Concrete?

More often than not, we provide our concrete protective service to homeowners who have an unleveled driveway. As seen in the photo below, sunken concrete can cause a dangerous tripping hazard. Or sometimes an uneven driveway can cause water to flood into your home.

What Can I do if I have an Unleveled Driveway, Sidewalk, or patio?

Polyurethane Foam Lifting

The solution is quick and painless! Mr. Level comes to you, we lift the sunken concrete with our fast-drying polyurethane foam, leaving behind minimal holes in the concrete where we inserted the foam. We then fill those holes.

Concrete Stabilization

We also offer concrete stabilization. We check your concrete to see or hear voids underneath the concrete. If you hear thudding from your driveway when you drive on it, or the kids are playing on it, there is a void under your driveway. Voids under your driveway can eventually allow the concrete to sink.

By stabilizing the concrete, we are preventing the need for lifting, which also prevents flooding or tripping or anything like that. We stabilize the driveway with our polyurethane foam as well, still leaving only dime-sized insertions in your concrete.

Power Wash, Caulk, and Seal Services

We always start our concrete protective system by power washing the surface to make sure the concrete is clean. And after we lift or stabilize your concrete, we caulk the seals to make sure that no moisture will get in between the cracks and no moss or weeds will grow.
